Timothy F Terrell

Timothy F. Terrell was born to Robert L. Terrell and Beverly K. Devine Terrell in March of 1971.

He lived his childhood in Marceline, Sumner, Chillicothe, and Brookfield, graduating from Marceline High School.  He also successfully passed the Missouri State General Education Diploma in 1986 at Maple Woods Community College.

He enlisted in the Missouri Army National Guard and transferred to active duty serving in the United States Army until 1994.  During his service he was deployed on multiple deployments.

Beginning at 15 years of age, he held various vocations, but excelled in the electrical trade.  In 2003, he earned his Master Electrician License by successfully completing the Block and Associates Master Electricians Exam for the city of Columbia, MO.  He immediately established America’s Full Line Electrical Services, LLC.  In 2014, he closed AFLES and opened Terrell Electric, LLC and established it as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and continues to successfully manage and operate Terrell Electric.

On June 20, 2021 Father’s Day, he was involved in a major car accident which led to conversations about his future endeavors.  It was at this point he was approached with the idea of being a Private Investigator and using his skills to benefit others.  From there Locked On Investigations, LLC was born.

Mr. Terrell successfully passed the Missouri Private Investigator Exam.  He has successfully completed the Fire Investigator Training and is working on meeting all the requirements for that license.  He is going to Explosive Post Detonation Investigation in February and March.  He is then going to the Marston Polygraph Academy for certification as a Polygraph Examiner.
