Timothy F. Terrell was born to Robert L. Terrell and Beverly K. Devine Terrell in March of 1971.
Majority of his childhood was spent between Chillicothe, Missouri with his mother and Marceline, Missouri with his father’s family. He obtained his General Education Diploma in 1986 by passing the state exam at Maple Woods Community College. He continued his High School education at Chillicothe High School, but relocating to Marceline during his Senior year, where he graduated in 1989 from Marceline High School.
He enlisted in the Missouri Army National Guard in 1988 and transferred to active duty serving in the United States Army until 1994. During his service he was deployed on multiple deployments.
Mr. Terrell currently holds an active Private Investigator License issued by the State of Missouri and he is the Manager of Locked On Investigations, LLC a properly established Missouri corporation holding a License by the Board of Private Investigator and Private Fire Investigator Examiners.
