Locked On Investigations provides a number of resources and experiences to assist during an EEOC investigation. These include:

  • Surveillance: Conducting boots on the ground surveillance, can provide critical information on possible motives, legitimacy/ill-legitimacy of allegation, or if there are other actors involved.
  • Interviews: Utilizing either the Reid Technique or the Wicklander-Zulawski Technique or other Non-Confrontational Interviewing techniques to discover in greater depth the extent of the situation.
  • Documentation: Gathering and examining documents both within the company and outside the company in order to understand and explain with certainty the elements of the situation. These documents may include emails, text messages, social media posts, and records from previous employers.
  • Report: At the conclusion of the investigation, we will draft a comprehensive report that summarizes our findings. This will enable the company to determine if discrimination and/or harassment did occur and if so, implement corrective actions and speak from a position of knowledge when addressing the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. It will further enable the company to retain an attorney who will have reliable information to represent the interest of the company.
